The Town of Victoria Park organised the Bike Bus 101 event, a celebration of community-led action to support more students riding to school in the Town. To build on the success of the Lathlain Bike Bus, this forum welcomed local schools and those interested to support Bike Buses to share their experience, find practical resources, and learn how we can support more people riding to school in the Town of Victoria Park.

This work delivered on the Town’s Integrated Transport Strategy through the Travel Demand Management Subprogram, to implement travel demand management initiatives as part of the Your Move Schools program.

The event was funded by a Road Safety Commission Events grant with a message to support positive cultural change for safer road users.
